We called Churchill Insurance (https://churchill.com) and spoke to someone called Jack in their UK call centre.
Jack was very supportive and when we told him our story he took our side. Jack spent a significant amount of time talking to us, despite telling us that Churchill Insurance would not be able to take us on while we are in this predicament. He didn’t have to listen to us, he didn’t have to offer support, he didn’t have to give up his time. We are both very grateful to Jack for giving us hope. Well done to Jack and, yes, we will use Churchill insurance at some point in time, if we are able to.
Churchill insurance seem to be a lot friendlier than Broker Direct PLC insurance.
